We were utterly reliant on Checkatrade to discover us a reliable contractor for our home improvement. We signed up and advertised our needs, but unfortunately, we were left in the lurch.

Right away, the customer service from the "qualified" trader was lackluster/awful/terrible. He was unprofessional/rude/disrespectful and gave us a quote that was outrageous/ridiculous/way too high. We tried to resolve the issues, but he was adamant/unwilling/stubborn to compromise/negotiate/change.
